WORKSHOP ON SUFFICIENCY

with Dr. Lioudmila Chatalova from Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in Transition Economies (IAMO)

In a one-day-workshop Lioudmila Chatalova gave us a great insight into her research on sufficiency. She not only explained different ideas and principles and their reflection in the past and present but also gave a very illustrative impression of the dependence and correlation of different approaches to sustainable consumption and economy.
In a second part of the workshop the students developed and discussed first hypotheses on the question “How can design establish sufficient consumption?”.
Furthermore Lioudmila Chatalova supported the students during the process of writing their paper – also with useful hints concerning scientific writing in general.
